Cold Spring Construction ( CSC) was started and founded by Travis Rodgers.
His experiences as an MBE sub contractor allowed the company to make key partnerships with several local universities and developers, which continues to be a tremendous driver of growth.
From it’s beginnings in subtracted maintenance work for a local university. CSC has grown to accommodate mid to large scale commercial projects, university expansion, utility supplier (BGE) ,prime contractors, institutional agencies (Universities and Hospitals) and government agencies. We now work on projects based jobs, as well as maintenance contracts.

Occupied and fully operational job sites are never a problem. And we can also plan, manage, and build multi-phase jobs.
